Historical Performance

TTM Funds is a newly formed investment adviser and does not yet have firm-level historical performance. However, certain members of TTM’s investment team have prior experience managing a substantially similar strategy at a predecessor firm. Predecessor performance may be provided upon request to prospective clients who meet applicable suitability and informational requirements.

Predecessor performance is not presented on the public website because it requires detailed context and disclosures to be properly understood, including differences in structure, fees, market conditions, and portfolio constraints. Providing this information upon request allows TTM Funds to ensure that such information is shared in an appropriate manner and only with individuals for whom it may be relevant.

Any performance information provided will include all required disclosures related to predecessor results and/or hypothetical backtested performance, as applicable. Not all requests may be fulfilled, and performance information is provided solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of future results.
